Who this covers
These rules apply to everyone who uses Spaces, including people who call the API through an agent. The terms still apply.
Conversations you start
Spaces is for conversations you start with people who expect to hear from you. You connect accounts you control. You decide who is messaged, and you are responsible for every message sent with your keys.
Opt-in and unsubscribe
- Message only people who opted in to hear from that account, or who are already in a conversation with you.
- Tell them who is messaging them, in the conversation.
- When someone asks to stop, stop. Give them a clear way to unsubscribe, including by replying and asking you to stop.
- Do not add them again after they unsubscribe.
Not allowed
- Unsolicited messages in bulk, bought or scraped contact lists, or cold outreach at scale.
- Anything illegal, deceptive, harassing or harmful.
- Working around a limit, a pause, or a person who asked to stop.
- Sharing your API key, or connecting an account you do not control.
Platforms and plans
Each platform has its own rules. Spaces is not the platform, and a restriction a platform places on an account you connected is yours to deal with. Prices are as listed at www.spacesos.com/pricing. Starter is $19 a month for 1 account, with 1,000 actions a month, then a hard stop. Pro is $49 a month for the first account and $29 a month for each extra account, with 5,000 actions per account. Team is $99 a month with 3 accounts included and $29 a month for each extra account. Agency is $24 per account a month, with a 10-account minimum, or $19 per account a month at 50 or more accounts. Yearly is 20% off. A card starts a 14-day trial, or 30 days with a code.
If a workspace is paused
We may pause a key or a workspace when these rules are broken or when we need to protect recipients or the service. We tell you why.
