Spaces gives Claude an MCP server for your messages. Once it's connected, Claude can list your chats, read messages, summarise what's unread and reply when you ask, within per-account limits Spaces enforces.

Claude API

Each tool describes its own limits, so Claude can plan around them.

Which key should Claude get?

New keys can read and send. A read-only key is enough if Claude should only summarise or search your messages. You can pause, resume or revoke a key at any time.
