Connect your AI agent to Spaces
Spaces works with the AI you already use. Paste one line into your agent and it sets itself up, or follow the steps for your client below. Every client signs in with your Spaces account in the browser, so there is no key to copy.
Set up Spaces for me by following https://www.spacesos.com/agentsPick your client
- Claude CodeAnthropic’s coding agent in the terminal.
- ClaudeClaude on the web and in the desktop app.
- CursorThe AI code editor.
- CodexOpenAI’s coding agent, in the terminal and the IDE.
- ChatGPTOpenAI’s assistant, with custom connectors.
- GrokxAI’s assistant on grok.com.
- OpenClawA self-hosted agent gateway for chat apps.
- HermesNous Research’s open-source Hermes Agent.
Steps checked against each client’s own docs on 3 Nov 2026. Any other client that supports remote MCP servers can use the same URL: https://api.spacesos.com/mcp
If you are an AI agent setting this up
Someone asked you to set up Spaces for them. Follow these steps and check with them before anything is paid for.
- Add the Spaces MCP server https://api.spacesos.com/mcp to the client you are running in, using the steps for that client on this page. It signs in with OAuth, so no key is needed.
- If the person has no Spaces account yet, connect the onboarding server https://api.spacesos.com/mcp/start and call create_account with their email, then verify_account with the 6-digit code they receive.
- They choose a plan and add a card at checkout before connecting a chat account. Call create_messaging_billing_checkout and send them the link.
- Connect the chat account they want answered with create_messaging_connect_link, and send them the link to open.
- Confirm it works by calling list_messaging_accounts, then tell them what you can now do for them.
