Spaces

How Spaces connects your accounts, and keeps them safe

Spaces works with the accounts your customers already message. Here is exactly how it connects them, what it does to protect them, and what no tool can promise.

How your accounts are connected

Spaces connects the account you already use, so your customers keep talking to the same number, page or profile.

You never give Spaces a password. You can disconnect any account from your dashboard, or from the platform’s own settings, at any time.

Why it works this way

The official business APIs suit large companies sending approved templates to big lists. They need business verification, template approval and per-message fees, and LinkedIn has no official way to message from a personal profile at all. Most businesses on Spaces want something simpler: their AI agent answering the people who already message them, on the accounts they already have. Connecting those accounts directly makes that possible in a few minutes.

The trade-off is honest: each platform has its own rules about automation, and a platform can limit an account at any time. That is why Spaces never sends the way a bulk tool would.

What Spaces does on every message

What you control

What no tool can promise

No service can guarantee a platform will never restrict an account, because each platform decides on its own. Spaces lowers the risk and stops on its own when something looks wrong. The full wording is in our terms.

FAQ

Is Spaces the official WhatsApp Business API?

No. Spaces connects the WhatsApp account you already use, by scanning a QR code, the way you would link WhatsApp to a computer. That means no Meta approval, no message templates and no per-message fees from Meta, and customers keep messaging the number they know. The official API suits large broadcast senders. Spaces suits businesses answering the people who message them.

Will my account get banned?

No tool can promise a platform will never restrict an account, and that includes Spaces. What Spaces does is keep every account inside limits known to be safe for its platform, space messages out, warm new accounts up slowly and pause sending on its own if anything looks wrong.

Does Spaces store my password?

No. You sign in to each platform through a secure link, or scan a QR code for WhatsApp. Spaces never asks for your password, and you can disconnect an account at any time.

What happens if a platform asks me to verify my account?

Spaces pauses sending on that account until you reconnect it from your dashboard. Sending carries on from there.

Can I use Spaces for cold outreach or bulk messages?

No. Spaces is for conversations people start with you, and for people who expect to hear from you. It refuses the same cold message sent to many people, and it stops messaging anyone who says stop.
