Three steps
- Start a trial and connect Email. You sign in to Gmail or Outlook through a secure link and approve the connection, or enter your mail server details for any other mailbox.

Limits that keep the account safe

Which mailboxes work?
Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and any other mailbox that lets you sign in with its mail server details.
Can I use this for email campaigns or newsletters?
No. Spaces sends one email at a time to one person, with no blind copies and no tracking. It is for answering customers and following up with people who expect to hear from you.
How many emails can my agent send a day?
Up to 80 a day per mailbox, at least 30 seconds apart, with at most 40 new threads a day and fewer while a new mailbox warms up. Replies to people who emailed you are not held back.
Does my agent see all my email?
Your agent can read the mailbox you connect. Connect a shared address such as hello@ or support@ if you want it to see only customer email.
How much does the Email API cost?
Plans from $19 a month for one connected account, with a trial. You pay per connected account, not per message or per contact.
